Refund policy

Exchanges- In case of ordering wrong size or any other issue without any defect, please place the request within 5 days.

Returns- Return is accepted only when the product is damaged, unboxing video is required for the same. Place the request within 5 days of receiving the product. For return/exchange request, dm us on our Instagram ID, email us at infosasstee@gmail.com, or whatsapp us @9389753472

In case of receiving a product i.e. damaged, misprinted, or torn, kindly make a unboxing video and send us on our contact no. and email, a new order will be proceeded for the same product. Unavailability of unboxing video will not be entertained in case of return for damaged product.

Refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
